Finished Fall Woven Table Mat

Last week, I shared the top of a scrappy table runner that I’ve been working on for mom, as well as a tutorial so that you can make it yourself. This week, I get to share the finished project!

 I decided to extend my usual stipple and try something new so I added a little loop.  What do you think?  Its fun to experiment with new techniques on smaller projects.

Mom wanted me to add a winter print to the back so that she can flip it over after the fall season.  She picked out this gorgeous print from the new Sugar Rush collection by Josephine Kimberling. So super cute!

 How’s that for a multipurpose quilt?
