Happy Thanksgiving!!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful Thanksgiving, indulging in cinnamon rolls, turkey and my favorite – hashbrown casserole.  YUM!

We have family flying in this afternoon and we are so excited to share the holiday with them and a few of our Air Force family.  We are so blessed!

I decided yesterday morning to start on a Thanksgiving Table Runner inspired by Amanda @ The Cozy Pumpkin.  She did an amazing job updating the traditional maple leaf block to make it more modern and fun!  Check out her amazing version here!

Such cute blocks! I went through my FQ stash and picked out a few of my favorites to feature.

I was feeling pretty proud of myself for making a whole project start to finish in one day UNTIL I went to take this picture.  Somehow I rotated a section in my yellow leaf and I didn’t notice it until it was finished. 

Yikes! I’m debating taking it apart today if I can find some extra time!

Problem aside, I’m still thrilled to celebrate all the things I’m thankful for.  Have an amazing day, friends!
